Meet Tosha Dash, MBA

Tosha Dash, MBA, is the founder of S.H.E. Dreams Consulting, a training and capacity-building company that partners with institutions to strengthen business readiness, build entrepreneurship pathway training into workforce programming, and drive measurable economic outcomes.
Tosha holds an MBA and a CPD-accredited AI Consultant credential from the International Association of AI Consultants, and brings direct experience building and delivering workforce and entrepreneurship pathway programming for colleges, government agencies, and community organizations.
Her approach is built on a simple framework: Readiness, Opportunity, Impact. Before an institution's programming can produce results, the people it serves need to be ready. S.H.E. Dreams Consulting exists to build that readiness, connect it to real opportunity, and translate it into economic impact institutions can measure and report.
